Seasonal changes also mean it’s time to change your skin care regimen! With warmer temperatures your skin needs to be ready. Exposure to air conditioning, direct sunlight, increased perspiration, traveling, swimming and less moisture in the air are all factors that will have an impact on your skin.
Start by removing that winter build-up of dead skin cells and debris from the surface of the skin with some type of exfoliation treatment.
