Aesthetic and Laser Warfare Against Side Effects of Chemotherapy and Radiation
This year alone, there will be an estimated 1,437,180 new cases of cancer among men and women. The majority of these survivors will undergo chemotherapy and/or radiation as part of their treatment. During treatment, side effects of these intense therapies include a number of dermatological conditions such as rosacea, psoriasis, discoloration, brittle nail texture, and dramatically dry, cracking skin. Your compromised immune system may also cause dormant skin conditions to return. We offer a variety of treatments that will revive you and restore your skin.
During Chemotherapy/Radiation:
Get spa treatments that hydrate, soothe, relieve itchiness, and use products with extensive moisture renewing properties to make your skin look and feel better.
Skin Recovery Treatments
Aesthetic spa treatments that focus on the feet, face, and hands to provide relief from dry, sensitive skin and cuticles. These treatments are good for face, hands, feet, arms, and all other affected areas. All are non-irritating to sensitive skin, non-comedongenic and good for both men and women.
- Soothing and Relieving Therapy
Purely for skin hydration.
- Soothing Oatmeal Therapy
Combat itchiness, inflamed, dry, flaking skin with the revitalizing and penetrating power of oatmeal.
- Calming Seaweed Therapy
Delivers nutrients to starving skin. Reduces inflammation and exfoliates flaky areas.
After Chemotherapy/Radiation:
After completion of your cancer treatment regimen, you can still enjoy any of the above treatments, but can now diversify your treatments to include lasers and injectables. However, all treatments should be approved by your oncologist and one of our physicians.

Did you know Permanent Makeup
is available in our office? |
Permanent cosmetic makeup is a specific form of cosmetic tattooing. This cosmetic implantation technique deposits small, individual implants of pigment into the dermal layer of the skin. Permanent makeup not only benefits people suffering from hair loss who have undergone surgery or chemotherapy, have been diagnosed with Alopecia or Vitiligo, but can include individuals with allergies to makeup. Of course, cosmetic tattooing is for everyone who wants a natural enhancement to their appearance that doesn't’t disappear after swimming, exercise, washing, aerobics, or other high impact activities.

Currently, we are pleased to offer eyebrow tattoo, lip-liner, eye-liner, and full lip color.

An estimated 212,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to occur among women in the United States this year. An estimated 40,000 women will die from breast cancer. It is estimated that 1,800 men will be diagnosed and 460 men will die of breast cancer.
The signs of breast cancer are not the same for all women. In fact, some women have no signs that they can see. If you experience any of these symptoms, you should see a doctor right away:
- A lump, hard knot or thickening
- Swelling, warmth, redness or darkening
- Change in breast size or shape
- Dimpling or puckering of the skin
- Itchy, scaly sore or rash on the nipple
- Pulling in of your nipple or other parts of the breast
- Nipple discharge that starts suddenly
- New pain in one spot
Regular breast exams and mammogram's may lead to early detection increasing your chance for recovery.
